Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September 2010
The weekend of the 11th/12th September sees the South Devon Railway run a Heritage Transport Gala
The Gala will feature Steam and diesel trains, freight trains, auto trains crossing at Staverton, classic vehicles and fairground rides. Visiting GWR tank loco 1450 along with auto trailer 178 should also be in operation over the weekend.
The Devon Diesel Society will be running an on-train Real Ale Bar & Sales Stand over the weekend with a cask of ale and a selection of bottle conditioned ales available for visitors to enjoy.
